How to ‘like’ a post

It looks like when you try to ‘like’ a post or page on my website, you will get a WordPress.com login screen. If you are already a subscriber, you can login using the email address you used to sign up. If you are not yet a subscriber, you can sign up by clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button so that you can ‘like’ and comment on my posts!
